January Recycling at Brent Council
The recycling figure for Brent in January 2012 was 43%, compared to only 23% in January last year. I see this as another confirmation that our new system is on the right track.

Is that "net" or "gross"?
That is, does it include "recycled material" that is rejected and put in the residual waste stream?
The figure would probably be a lot higher, with the genuine co-operation of the bin men and their department and council workers, but the liklihood of that is probbly equivalent to spitting in the wind!
