Bertha Joseph: Sock Puppet?
The Evening Standard web story on Cllr Bertha Joseph, the now suspended Conservative Councillor for Kensal Green, is getting some rather curious comments posted HERE. There are two Council officers mentioned by name, which is odd since most people don't even know who their councillors are, let alone Council officers. There is also an obsession with Cllr Ann John running through the posts, including the eccentric idea that Ann John is running the Council despite being in opposition. Could Bertha Joseph be taking a line out of her erstwhile friend Rocky Fernandez's book, and be posting all these comments herself?

As one of the people that commented on the Evening standard article I can confirm to you that I am certainly not Bertha. Although I can see how your narrow mind would assume something other than genuine support for her
You have to stop bitching about her and do something constructive instead of bitching like an old queen.
People voted for you not to be a vicious bitch but to do something constructive for your community. What have you done for us lately?
You seem to think that we in Brent live in an ignorance bubble, that officers who have been in post for more than 20 years are not known to those of us on the ground who take an interest in brent and the goings on at the town hall. We even read and write too, especially when you send out those nice booklet informing us of what Brent is doing. and all the letters we receive telling us what we cannot do all have the names of the senior person on them. Like all councillors you think we are a bunch on uneducated idiots who walk around waiting for our next giro, well some of us work and some of us care about Brent and what is going on here, obviously more than you
We see you all and as they work for us why should we not know who is leading policy after all the is scant evidence that you do anything constructive apart from point out and state the obvious.
Seeing you in public you always seem reticent and boring, maybe you can only be brave on a Blog. We would like to invite you down to St Raphaels to see how we live and see what brent is doing for us. A fat nothing, and you waste hours on her chatting crap.
Get a life, treat us with some intelligence and respect that if we can vote you in we can take you out too. By the way I have no love for Cllr Josph either but I don't see the point of stating the obvious and mocking people who have been punished, dread man, very low.
