Station Approach: Who Owns it?
As part of my efforts to get Station Approach fixed, I contacted Hammersmith and Fulham Council to see if they owned it. They insist it is privately owned, but don't know by who. Network Rail continue to fail to have any reponse and TfL deny ownership. How is it possible for a road which is used by large numbers of vehicles and pedestrians each day to have no clear owner?

The situation regarding Station Approach is farcical were it not so serious. I am now declaring ownership of this road and the land around it. I intend to build a 30 storey block of flats and a nuclear power plant on it, and I will get away with it as there will be no one to stop me, as no council, public authority, or transport body has any interest or responsibility for this road or area.
