Snowfall

As I write the snow is falling heavily as forecast.  Last night, Council officers gritted the main roads of the borough.  There are also more than 300 grit bins available around Brent streets.  Hopefully, this will help ensure that we don't get the kind of traffic problems we used to have a few years ago.

(From a different ANON that the usual suspects)

For the avoidance of doubt, please, does the waste in the recycling stream that is rejected back to the residual stream get counted as "recycled material" in your statistics, of how well the borough is doing in recycling?

Yes, but have you informed people where the bins are, or do you assume they should know!!

You have criticised people for using ANON as a name, but at least it covers up embarrassment at adding a comment to the wrong posting!

But now it is here, what's the answer to the recycling question above, please?
